Company

The company information is entered into the system during the Company Setup/Registration process. It provides information about the company's address, phone number and other miscellaneous details. In Easy-Commission, only one company can be set for the Commission Year. You can only update the Company information using this page.

Company Fields

Here is a description of the Company standard fields and some of these fields may not be editable depending on your page layout.

Description

Company Name

Name of the Company with which Sales Person is affiliated to. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

Address1

Street Address for the Company. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

Address2

Additional Street Address (Avenue or Suite) for the Company. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

City

City portion of the Company's address. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

State

State or province portion of the Company's address. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

Email

Email address of Company. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field. Must be a valid email address in the form: randy@cellarstone.com.

Pin Code

Zip or postal code portion of the Company's address. Up to 255 Characters are allowed in this field.

Phone

Phone Number of Company.  Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

Fax

Fax Number of Company. Up to 255 characters are allowed in this field.

Default Locale

Country of the Company's address. 

Logo

Allows you to replace the application logo with your own logo. E.g. companylogo.gif.

Owner

Owner of the record. Typically owner will be any of the user id. E.g.cellar@celarstone.com. By default, Owner will have access to this record.

 Modifying Company Information

The user can only update the Company information such as Company Name, Address 1, 2, City, state, country, etc, using this page. For example, to modify the company "CSITW "information,  follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Master Data menu ? Company menu item. The 'Company Details' page opens.

  1. Company Name field also gets the value from the Company name while signing up the EasyCommission application and you can edit this field. For example, type the company name as "CSITW".
  2. Type the street address of the company where it is located in the Address 1 text box. For example, type the Address 1 field as "871 Cross Road".
  3. Type the additional street address in the Address 2 text box. For example, type the address 2 as "Ocean Ave" in the respective text box.
  4. Type the name of the city where the company's address is located in the City text box. For example, type the city name as "Boynton Beach".
  5. Type the name of the state or province where the city is situated in the State text box. For example, type the state or province as "Florida - FL".
  6. Type the company's email address used for communication in the Email text box. For example, type the email id as "randy@cellarstone.com".
  7. Type the zip code of the city in the Pincode text box.  For example, type the pincode as "33435".
  8. Type the phone number used for communication in the Phone text box.  For example, type the phone number as "554-910-6123".
  9. Type the fax number in the Fax text box.
  10. Select the country where the company situated from the Default Locale drop-down. For example, select the country as "English - United Sates".
  11. Click Browse to locate the image file (your company logo) that has to be shown in place of existing application Logo Recommended size of the logo is 238 x 76 pixels. The uploaded company logo will replace the existing application logo in all pages including reports, statement and help. Re-login to the application to view the uploaded logo in application pages.
  12. Click Save to save the changes in the Company page.
