Calculate Commission

Calculate Commissions page calculates the commissions based on the commission plan and existing transactions. It picks those transactions that satisfy condition in the commission rule, credits the percentage of transaction mount to the Rep specified in the rule, picks the relevant commission formula and calculates the commission amount. All transactions, for which the commissions are considered, are processed. The credit amount and payout rates for Rep's will be calculated based on Commission Plan. You need to setup the Transaction details prior to calculation.

To calculate commissions, do the following:

1. Click Tasks menu ? Calculate Commissions sub menu item. The "Calculate Commissions" page opens.

2. Click on Calculate button to calculate the commission. This will calculate the commissions for all the reps. while calculating the commissions, prior period transactions and the Manual transactions will not considered for calculation process. Now, you can view the statement for the desired rep.
